Dear Friends,
It's hard to believe that our organization has been in operation for eight years already. During 2018, the Memorial Scout Camp at Spectacle Pond was occupied for 44 days by scout groups, scout families, and members of the general public. We continued to support the Saint Martin de Porres Homeless Shelter by sponsoring a food drive in the City of Lewiston, Maine. Our scout-oriented donation programs reached scouts from across the United States. The following are some of the highlights and accomplishments from 2018.
During 2018, the Corporation received income of $11,703. The expenses of the Corporation totaled $8,731. On December 31, 2018, the net value of the Corporation’s cash assets was $10,535. The estimated fair market value of the Corporation’s physical assets is $81,300. The total value of the Corporation is estimated at $91,835.
In closing, I would like to thank the Board of Directors, our volunteers, and contributors for their continued support. I would encourage our Directors to stay focused on Promoting Wilderness Camping - Supporting The Worldwide Scouting Movement - Sponsoring Community Service.
Respectfully Submitted, Date: January 2, 2019
