"We're Not Just a Camp Anymore!"

Troop 160 Memorial Scout Camp is an independent scouting organization registered with the International Scout and Guide Fellowship. The organization is a public, non-profit, charitable 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to Promoting wilderness camping experiences, Supporting the Worldwide Scouting Movement, and Sponsoring community service. The members of the Board of Directors are all unpaid volunteers with countless years of scouting background.

Our flagship program is the operation of the Memorial Scout Camp at Spectacle Pond. The camp is available to be used by any scout group, scout family, Troop 160 Alumni, and members of the public interested in wilderness camping experiences at no cost.  Troop 160 Memorial Scout Camp also sponsors  the MSC Campership program, the Camping Essentials Program, and several community service activities throughout the state of Maine each year.
